For Bus Operators

We offer full support to bus operators regarding passenger check-in, departure and arrival handling and ticket sales (including 24/7 online ticket sales).

Services offered to bus operators:

Use of departure and arrival stands (buses check-in, use of arrival stands).
Traffic announcements about departures, delays and cancellations.
Ticket sales at the station’s ticket offices.
Online ticket sales through the pks.pl platform.
Information about departures on monitors located in the station building and at the departure points.
Paper or electronic diagrams of seat sales before each departure.
Full passenger information service (information boards, information points and a passenger helpline).
Possibility of advertising the bus company services on the website, social media, and advertising media located in the station area.

Bus operators who do not have a contract with MDA S.A. for the use of the station in Cracow but plan to use the station infrastructure are requested to send their application to the following address przewozy@mda.malopolska.pl specifying the days of entry, a number of services and scheduled time of entry within four days before the date of its execution.

Failure to do so will be penalised with unauthorised entry fees, without the possibility of clearance, in the amount of PLN 1000 net.
